Nebo's Child Nutrition Celebrated Read Across America Day

Nebo School District’s Child Nutrition employees served Green Eggs & Ham for lunch to celebrate Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss's Birthday. Nebo’s students and staff enjoyed the variation and celebration.

Nebo School District is on the Cutting Edge of Digital Teaching and Learning

Funding from the Digital Teaching and Learning grant allowed Nebo School District to hire six digital coaches this year. These coaches assist in helping all secondary schools as well as ten elementary schools more effectively use the digital tools and resources that are available to them.

SHHS Student Places in Senate Visual Arts Scholarship Competition

Congratulations to Sienna Pfaff at Salem Hills High School for placing in this year's Senate Visual Arts Scholarship competition where there were over 300 entries sponsored by the Utah Division of Arts & Museums.

Spanish Fork High School Students Make Wishes Come True - Answer to Wednesday Challenge

Spanish Fork High School student council teams up with Make-A-Wish Utah for the 8th annual “Homeless for A Night” event to raise money to grant wishes for local children with life threatening conditions. Students stayed at the school on Friday, March, 2, 2018, from at 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2018. All money raised through this event and others will benefit Make-A-Wish Utah. Nearly 1,000 high school students support the event, and Spanish Fork High School has raised over $15,000 to donate to Make-A-Wish Utah.

Nebo Chess Tournament Winners

The Nebo District Chess tournament held in February at Cherry Creek Elementary was a great success. Many volunteers, community members, and district personnel came together to provide a high quality tournament where over 200 students, representing 34 schools, enjoyed a fun and mind engaging event.
