More State Awards by the Utah Association for Career and Technical Education

All the following awards were given at the Utah Association for Career and Technical Education (UACTE) Conference this past week in February.

Courtney Packard, Maple Mountain High, was honored with the UACTE Guidance and Career Development Award for the Work-Based Learning Division for 2023.

Jared Massic, Maple Mountain High, was awarded the UACTE Teacher of the Year for the Work-Based Learning Division for 2023.

Tyler Lewis, Maple Mountain High, was honored with the Excellence in Education in the Commercial Photography Division of Skilled and Technical Education Award for 2023.

MaKayla Hallows, Springville Junior High, was awarded the UACTE New Teacher of the Year for 2023.

Rachel White, Salem Hills High, was honored with the UACTE Career Guidance Award for the State of Utah for 2023. 

Alan Ashton, Nebo’s CTE Coordinator, was selected as the UACTE Champion of CTE Award for 2023.
