This week the Utah House of Representatives honored Nebo’s Principal Heather Balli and former Nebo School Board member J. Collin Allan.
Heather Balli, principal of Meadow Brook Elementary in Nebo School District, lead the Pledge of Allegiance. She said, “We are truly blessed to have a government that is led by ‘We the people.’ We each have a sacred role as citizens to give voice to our representatives as they write bills that affect education, business, and our everyday lives.”
Former Nebo School Board of Education member, J. Collin Allan, led the prayer. Collin served Nebo students for 30 years from 1980 through 2010 on the Nebo School Board of Education.
Representative Stephen Whyte said, “Thank you for sharing your patriotism and faith at the Capitol.”
