Mrs. Eddington’s Third Grade Class loved making clay pots! They got to paint and carve designs in them to wrap up our Native American unit!

5th Grade Wax Museum
Our amazing 5th graders brought history to life during our annual Wax Museum! Each student chose a historical figure to research, dressed up in character, and transformed into a living statue—ready to "come alive" with the push of a button and share their story.
From presidents to pioneers, inventors to icons, these students worked so hard and did an incredible job showcasing what they’ve learned. We are SO proud of their creativity, confidence, and dedication!











Final Four Math Madness Recap!
This past Friday, our Final Four Math Madness competition brought the heat! After some intense multiplication matchups, we’ve narrowed it down to the top two contestants in each grade who will be heading to the Championship Round!
We are so proud of ALL our students for their hard work, dedication, and growing fluency with multiplication facts.
Good luck to our finalists—we can’t wait to see who will take home the title of Math Madness Champion!




Second grade students enjoyed a presentation from employees of the Living Planet Aquarium. Pictured are students in Mrs. Averett’s class learning about the layers of the rainforest and fascinating rainforest animals like the Goliath bird eating spider and the sloth.



The Psychology and Counseling Department at Utah Valley University wants to invite parents and their children to attend our nineth annual brain fair on Saturday, April 5th from 10am-12pm at Utah Valley University in the Liberal Arts (LA) building hallway.
The fair will provide an opportunity for children of all ages to learn about the brain, neurons, and our senses through various activity stations set up by UVU undergraduate students under psychology faculty mentorship. This is a great opportunity for parents to engage their children in science education and expand their knowledge about the human brain.

Mrs. Eddington’s class earned a class party. They got to bring a treat that starts with the letter P and wear pajamas on Quiet as a Mouse Day!





🏀🔢 Math March Madness: Final Four! 🔢🏀
Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Elite 8 battled it out, proving their multiplication mastery! After some intense fact fluency face-offs, we have our Final Four math champs. Who will multiply their way to the championship?




Reminder: Early Dismissal on Wednesday, March 19th!
Students will be dismissed at noon for a Staff Development Day. Teachers will spend the remainder of the school day in professional development trainings.

The third grade attended a matinee performance at Salem Hills High School Friday March 14th. They really enjoyed the performance “oh the things you can think.” “The Cat in the Hat” and “Horton hears a Who”






In Mrs. Haroldsen’s class we are learning how dentists help us keep our bodies healthy and strong.






On March 10th the students in Ms. Staheli's First Grade Class had a lot of fun drawing self portraits for there portfolios. They are very excited to show there parents all the hard work they have done so far this year!
