Mr. Cornwall celebrated teachers and staff who are going above and beyond what is expected of them at Art City Elementary. Eagle Leaders recognized are: Janessa Spackman, Kim Anderson, Natalie Christiansen, Maddison Torres, Alisa Morgan, Deanna Lindsey, Heidi Heath, Marilyn Olsen, and Laura Coffman. Each month, one student from each grade level are recognized for going above and beyond during our Stand Strong assembly. They received a prize and certificate. A sign will also be put in the student's yard. Good job Eagles!
Each month Art City teachers select two students from their class who have demonstrated Stand Strong behaviors. Stand Strong Students of the Month are outstanding examples of positive character traits and have shown that they are safe, respectful, and responsible. Way to go to our March Stand Strong Students!!
The BYU Cougar Built team, an acrobatic team known for their halftime performances, visited Art City ! They taught four principals to be built strong. Nutrition, literacy, technology, and physical activity. The students loved it!
