We're in the home stretch, and although the semester is winding down, our activities are still in full swing. Our students continue to engage in dynamic and educational experiences, showcasing their hard work and dedication.

One of the standout events this week has been the final practicum for our Criminal Investigations classes. Students have been busy processing an extensive two-acre crime scene as part of their final assessment. This scene included a variety of complex elements such as a body, weapon, shell casings, drugs, a vehicle, and plenty of simulated blood evidence.

Despite the challenging conditions, working under the hot sun, each class demonstrated remarkable skill and professionalism. This practicum is the culmination of their learning in the criminal investigations class, providing a hands-on opportunity to apply the techniques and knowledge they have acquired over the semester.

We are incredibly proud of their effort and the expertise they have developed. This experience not only enhances their understanding but also prepares them for real-world scenarios in the field of criminal justice.
