We are thrilled to announce that the Nebo School Board of Education has appointed Matt Christensen as the new Director of Secondary Education, effective July 1, 2026!
Matt is a true Nebo veteran with 22 years of dedicated service. From teaching history at Spanish Fork High to leading both SF Junior High and SF High School as Principal, Matt has spent his career championing student success and community spirit. 🏆

THE LANDING is a new teen center and resource hub to support Nebo School District students and their families, especially those facing food insecurity and other challenges of basic needs. Whether it’s a take-home meal kit, hygiene supplies, access to laundry and shower services, a backpack full of school supplies, or simply a quiet space to take a breath, THE LANDING helps remove barriers so students can focus on learning, belonging, and thriving.

Each day brings a new surprise as the Elf appears in a different spot, from hanging out in the library to helping out in the cafeteria. Students discussed a wide variety of topics such as cell phones, school culture, favorite teachers, and what brings them happiness. Thank you students for spending an hour with us!
