Gear up for School Event with Tabitha's Way

The school district is proud to recap another successful Annual Backpack Giveaway! Thanks to our incredible partnership with Tabitha’s Way Local Food Pantry, the Light the World program, and dozens of local organizations, hundreds of our students started the school year confident, prepared, and supported.

Tabitha's Way "Gear Up for School" event is about so much more than school supplies—it brings our community together, connects families with vital resources, and ensures every child knows they are cared for.

By the Numbers:

  • 1,200 new backpacks distributed to local students

  • 1,258 free books gifted by United Way Welcome Baby

  • 757 lunches served with the help of the Utah Food Bank

  • 18+ community partner agencies on-site providing resources

  • Countless volunteer hours from district staff, the Spanish Fork Football team, the Spanish Fork Rotary Club, and local neighbors

From single parents facing tough transitions to hardworking families navigating rising costs, the impact of this day was felt deeply across our district. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who donated, volunteered, and partnered with us to make this event a success.

Thank you for investing in our students and helping us build a stronger, more supportive community!
