Building Excellence Across the District

Our individual building and department winners represent the very best of Nebo's commitment to student success:

  • Amanda Visser (Educational Technician, Brockbank Elementary): As a PE planning teacher, Amanda sets the "gold standard" for student engagement. She focuses on the "whole child," balancing physical growth with mental and emotional resilience.

  • Jeremy Taylor (Custodian, Payson High): Jeremy was the driving force behind the opening of the new Payson High building. From managing complex construction transitions to catching stray mice on Back-to-School Night, he ensures a functional environment where everyone can thrive.

  • Paul Schaeffer (Transportation, District Wide): Paul truly goes the extra mile—literally. Whether he's hand-delivering a forgotten lunch in his personal vehicle or learning every student's name on his bus, Paul makes sure every child feels seen.

  • Emilia Prody (Child Nutrition, Santaquin Elementary): A "ray of sunshine" in the kitchen, "Emi" turns the lunch line into a place of connection. She is a mentor to student workers and a friendly face for every kindergartner.

  • Jared Davis (Warehouse, District Wide): Representing the Warehouse team, Jared delivers more than just supplies; he delivers a positive attitude. He is a tireless worker who treats every delivery as a chance to make a new friend.

  • Kristen Pearson (Secretary, Mapleton Junior High): As the Attendance Secretary, Kristen is the first person to welcome visitors to MJHS. Despite a "mountain" of workload, she never treats anyone like an inconvenience and is always the first to arrive and last to leave.

  • Joe Graham (Technical Services, Spanish Fork High): Joe provides "tech support with a heart". He is an essential partner to first-year teachers and is admired for his expert precision and polite, sincere nature.
