The Nebo School Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Kade Jensen as the Principal of Brockbank Elementary, effective July 1, 2026.
Mr. Jensen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University. Committed to fostering school-wide excellence, he continued his academic pursuits at Southern Utah University, where he achieved a Master’s Degree in School Leadership.
Kade brings eight years of dedicated and purposeful service within the Nebo School District to his new role. His journey through the district has been marked by a focus on student growth and teacher support:
In the Classroom: Began his career at Larsen Elementary, teaching fifth and sixth grades, before moving to Mapleton Elementary to teach fifth grade for three years.
Instructional Leadership: For the past two years, Kade has served as the Staff Developer at Barnett Elementary, where he specialized in mentoring educators and enhancing classroom strategies.
Kade is known for his hands-on approach and his ability to build unified school cultures. A colleague shared these words regarding his leadership:
“Kade has demonstrated an exceptional ability to support teachers, foster collaboration, and create a positive learning environment. He is a proactive and compassionate leader who is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of both staff and students."
Kade is married to Courtney, and they are the proud parents of three children: Grayson, Boston, and Harper. Outside of school, Kade is happiest when he is outdoors with his family. Whether they are hunting, boating, playing yard games, or working together on the family farm, he finds his greatest joy in these shared moments of hard work and play.
Kade’s approach to leadership is straightforward and grounded in the values taught to him by his father:
"Work hard, have fun, and do what is right."
He credits his father for teaching him the true value of hard work and the importance of providing for and supporting his family and community—lessons he now brings to the students and staff at Brockbank Elementary.
