Jenna Jarvis

The Nebo School Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenna Jarvis as the Principal of Park View Elementary, effective July 1, 2026.

Mrs. Jarvis brings a robust academic background to her leadership role. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, followed by a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. To further her impact, she completed her K–12 Educational Leadership Certification at Utah Valley University.

Jenna brings 14 years of diverse educational experience to Park View. Her career is defined by a deep understanding of the "whole child" and the systems that help them succeed:

  • Foundational Experience: Began her career in a neighboring district, where she served in nearly every capacity—teaching every level from Preschool through Fifth Grade.

  • Specialized Leadership: Served as a Reading Specialist, Dean of Students, and Curriculum Coordinator before joining the Nebo family.

  • Nebo Impact: For the past five years, Jenna has been a valued leader in the Nebo School District. She taught fifth grade at Cherry Creek Elementary and served as an Instructional Coach at both Brockbank and East Meadows.

  • Familiar Face at Park View: Most recently, Jenna has served as the Teacher on Special Assignment (TSA) at Park View Elementary, ensuring a smooth transition into her new role as Principal.

Known for her calm demeanor and innovative spirit, Jenna is highly respected by her peers. One colleague shared:

“Jenna understands educational processes at a high level and brings deep knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy. Her ability to remain calm and level-headed is complemented by her innovative ideas. Parents, students, and colleagues alike turn to Mrs. Jarvis for guidance because they know she genuinely wants what is best for them."

Jenna is married to Jared, and they are the parents of two children, Jacob and Abigail. She loves to hike with her family—even when they take a wrong turn and end up laughing their way back to the trail. An avid listener of audiobooks and a lover of random facts, she also treasures a good game night with friends.

Jenna’s leadership is built on the foundation of community and growth:

"When people feel valued, supported, and challenged, schools become places where both students and educators thrive!"

Reflecting on her new appointment, Jenna shared, “I feel so lucky to have had such amazing support and encouragement from my family and friends. I’m really looking forward to this new adventure!”
