The Nebo School Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of David Gneiting as the Coordinator of Human Resources, effective July 1, 2026.
Dave brings 21 years of seasoned service within the Nebo School District to this new leadership role. His extensive background in district-wide operations and advocacy provides a strong foundation for managing the human element of our district's success.
Mr. Gneiting’s career has been dedicated to the safety, rights, and well-being of the Nebo community. His professional journey includes:
District Risk Manager: Serving for 12 years to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
Civil Rights & 504 Coordinator: Serving for the past 9 years as a dedicated advocate for accessibility and student rights.
Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety and furthered his expertise by receiving an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
His two decades of experience in navigating complex district policies and fostering inclusive environments prepare him uniquely for the demands of Human Resources. Dave is known for his ability to balance technical operations with the human-centric needs of a large organization.
Outside of his professional life, Dave is married to his wife, Tammy, and they are the parents of five children. He is a fan of the great outdoors and enjoys fishing and gardening with his family. Dave also has a wide range of personal interests, including history, politics, art, and spiritual growth.
