Brandon Gomez

Brandon Gomez visited Salem Hills High School's English Language Development classes this past week to share an inspiring message with students: "You can do it. You have a great future ahead of you, and education is important."

Gomez is a graduate of the Nebo School District and currently serves as a teacher at Mapleton Junior High. As a young Latino educator, he is an exceptional example of perseverance, achievement, and service. He has received multiple awards, is highly regarded by his students, and continues to make a meaningful impact in his school and community.

In addition to teacher, Gomez is a soccer coach, a well traveled individual, and a lifelong learner. He holds a Master's degree and is currently working toward his doctorate. His visit left students motivated and encouraged to pursue their goals through education.
