On Thursday, August 7th, 2025, Sue Enquist, Hall of Fame coach and player, shared a message of inspiration with Nebo School District Staff.
She spoke about her time as both a softball player and a coach at UCLA. She shared lessons she learned and how they tied to working with students and youth.
Sue played softball at UCLA under Sharron Backus from 1975 to 1978. She helped lead UCLA to its first national softball championship in the 1978 Women's College World Series and became UCLA's first All-American softball player.
