Kaela is our Performer of the Week for the standard she sets every single day. She consistently comes to rehearsal prepared, focused, and ready to take advantage of every opportunity, regardless of the task or moment. Kaela’s reliability and work ethic make her someone others can count on, and she quietly elevates the ensemble by supporting her peers and modeling what it looks like to do things the right way. Her commitment to both personal growth and the success of the group reflects the core values of our program. Mr. Adair
