Heidi Whittaker is a Parent Consultant for the Utah Parent Center, contracted specifically with Nebo School District to provide parents with free resources and support for children with special needs.
Her role is to support positive parent–school communication and advocacy, helping parents understand education options, procedural safeguards, and resources. Heidi partners with Nebo to provide free workshops for parents throughout the school year and we will send out information about those via our website and/or social media posts.
