Since 1979 Math Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools (MOEMSⓇ) has been providing challenging and thought provoking mathematical problems designed to strengthen student’s mathematical skills. Participants in Math Olympiads are located in all fifty states, three US territories and in thirty foreign countries. In all, this year we have 4,061 teams and approximately 90,000 participants.
Students who earned awards rank among the best mathematicians on their grade level.
Several students from Maple Ridge Elementary participated in the Math Olympiads program under the supervision and coaching of Ms. Riley Wolfgramm.

Luke Miller scored within the top 3-10% earning a silver pin.
Collin Kennington, Tim Green, Cooper Sorensen, Ethan Rigby, Gia Peterson, Zuzu Bergener, Grey Seldon, Ty Soffe, Russell Christensen, and Myron MacDonald scored within the top 11-50% earning an embroidered patch.
