Invest Nest is a Shark Tank-style business pitch competition open to all high school students in the Nebo School District. Founded by JW Davies and Brad Allen of Davies + Allen, Invest Nest’s mission is to "awaken the entrepreneurial spirit of the youth."
This competition encourages students to create and develop their own innovative business ideas and present them to a panel of expert judges. Invest Nest is a statewide competition with many other school districts across the state participating.

Weber State’s advanced radiologic sciences degree prepares students who enjoy science, technology and helping others for rewarding careers in medical imaging and related fields.
Advanced Radiologic Sciences Highlights
As an advanced radiologic sciences major, you can pick among six areas of study that focus on different technologies to fit your career goals. If you’re already certified in a radiologic sciences modality, you can receive experiential credit toward your bachelor’s degree once you meet Weber State's requirement of 30 residency credits.
More than 80% of students who earn their Associate of Applied Science in Radiography go on to earn a bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences.
Beyond the Classroom
Weber State’s advanced radiologic sciences program offers practical experience through 24 hours of clinical education per week at a local healthcare facility.
You can also study abroad in China to learn about the country’s healthcare system and visit sites like the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

With small classes, it’s nearly impossible to go unnoticed in Westminster’s Theatre program. You’ll work side-by-side with devoted professors who are passionate about helping you succeed and collaborate with classmates who push you to do your very best. Performing is a huge part of the program. You’ll have the chance to tackle major roles even as a first-year student and have access to 2 performance spaces (1 proscenium and 1 black box) and spacious scene and costume shops, enhanced classroom, and rehearsal spaces.

The Theatre program is targeted to students who want to become strong actors, directors, designers, technicians, and theatre administrators who create inspiring and challenging work. Students are passionate, curious, and creative—always hungry to explore the unknown.

Veterinary Assisting provides students with hands-on training to develop skills to work as support staff in veterinary clinics, shelters, or other animal-based entities. Under the supervision of veterinarians, laboratory animal specialists, and zoological professionals, students learn to provide patient management, care, and clinical procedures assistance as well as owner communication. Including instruction in animal handling and restraint, nursing care, animal health and nutrition, clinical pathology, radiology, anesthesiology, lab procedures, blood collection, IV catheterization, surgical assisting, dental cleanings, vaccines, physical exams, office administration skills, and applicable standards and regulations.
