Brockbank's diaper drive was a great success! We ended up bringing in 10,562 diapers and 24,633 baby wipes. Spencer at the diaper bank said this was the largest private donation he had seen in a little over a year of working there. The diaper bank was desperate for baby wipes so they were really happy to see all of those. We have some great kids and families at Brockbank that made this happen.
Because we exceeded our goal the students all got the opportunity to go to the movie! The top 5 classes that brought in the most diapers and baby wipes got to pick where they wanted to sit in the movie theater. Mrs. Montover's 1st grade brought in the most items with Mrs. Bird's 3rd grade class 2nd. Mrs. Farr's kindergarten was 3rd, Mrs. Quispe's 1st grade class was 4th, with Mrs. Peterson's 5th grade class was 5th.
