2004 — 2018
This logo was the official logo approved by the School Board up until Aug of 2018. It was designed by Rod Warren of Springville. Rod is the husband of Shauna Warren who worked in the Human Resource department. This logo is permitted for use on existing items, but should be updated to the new logo as appropriate.
The logo was designed from an actual outline of Mt. Nebo taken from this photo.
The idea for the logo was inspired by Clyde Ward. Clyde is known for his carvings and presented the district with a wood plaque. It was the perfect idea for our logo. Clyde had been head custodian at Payson Middle School for over 25 years.
Nebo School District Torch
Pre 2004
This logo, featuring a burning torch, was in use as far back as anyone I've talked to can remember (As early as 1978).
