Nebo’s Student Successes this WeekJune 5, 2015

Salem Hills High students took First Place in the 2015 Fairchild Challenge at Thanksgiving Point and will receive $1,000. They have placed in the top three for the last four years.  Students that won awards are: Kyla Anderson, Audrey Barney, Nick Brian, Monika Cloward, Jason Cox, Sarah Deeb, Cheyenne Deeben, Taylor GasserNathan Moser, Vethara Nixon, Josh Peck, Elizabeth Rash, Jesse Rowley, Sydney Shuler, Olivia Trent, Lucas Walker.

Kaycie Jensen of Springville High was honored as the Gatorade Utah Softball Player of the Year.

Sage Creek Elementary logged 4,000 volunteer service hours through AmeriCorps and were recently spotlighted with Springville High School’s Latinos in Action students on KSL. 

Mat and Mauri Stokes, Salem Hills High, were selected to perform with the Utah Symphony in the Abravanel Hall.

Jessica Morgan, Salem Hills High, placed third in the National Musical Theater competition in Chicago.

Jesse Clark, Salem Junior High, took Second Place in Excel in State of Utah competition. Spencer Crow, Salem Junior High, took First Place in PowerPoint in State of Utah competition.
