All entries must be submitted online at Utah PTA
Rules:
All entries must be done by the student.
No copyrighted characters or symbols are allowed.
No patterns may be used. All artwork must be original.
Students may enter once for each category.
Students are judged on interpretation of theme, creativity and technique.
