The Nebo School Board of Education and Dr. RaShel Shepherd meet with students from each of the high schools and junior high schools on a quarterly basis. Each Youth Board representative is selected by his/her principal to be a spokesperson for their school.

Monday, January 16, 2023, marks the 37th anniversary of the federal holiday in honor of Rev. Martin Luther King’s birthday. Signed into law in 1983 and first observed in 1986, the holiday is a tribute to King for advancing civil rights and social justice through non-violent protest.
Dealing with concerning behaviors can be difficult for parents of children with disabilities. Many parents struggle knowing how to truly validate or connect with their child during a crisis without first resorting to some kind of negative consequence or punishment.

The Utah Athletic Trainers' Association (UATA) recognized Nebo’s School Services Coordinator, Dr. Everett Kelepolo, with the Utah Athletic Training Advocate Award. This state award is given to those that are influential and have helped with athletic training.
Each of these Nebo principals were nominated by their peers for each award. These principals will represent Nebo School District and submit applications to the Utah Association of Elementary School Principals (UAESP).
The second-grade students at Orchard Hills Elementary in Santaquin all worked together to tie these beautiful quilts for the Nebo Pantry.
