Get Sitemap

1. Visit https://www.web-site-map.com/
2. Create XML Sitemap for school's website (i.e. artcity.nebo.edu)
3. Optional settings
   • Last Modified date: Don't specify
   • Page Priority: Don't specify
   • Session info removal: Auto removal
   • Subdomains: Unchecked
4. Allow to run
5. Download your Sitemap ('[schoolname]Sitemap.xml')

Convert XML Output to Spreadsheet rows

1. Visit Convertcsv.com/url-extractor.htm
2. Select your Input: Choose File
3. Choose file (from Generate Sitemap steps)
4. Click 'Extract to Excel'
5. Use Excel to remove duplicates
   • ?page=#
   • node/# when news/# also exists

Create Site Audit Spreadsheet

1. Open Accessibility Audit Google Drive Folder:
   Nebo Accessibility Audit Folder (Google Drive)
2. Make a Copy of 'Accessibility Site Audit Template'
3. Rename to '[schoolname] Site Audit'

Run Audit Script

1. Open Accessibility Audit Google Drive Folder:
   Nebo Accessibility Audit Folder (Google Drive)
2. Select and Open a School's Site Audit File
3. Select 'Results' Tab
4. In 'PageSpeed Menu' select 'Manual Push Report'
5. Allow to run
Highlight all rows that completed successfully
6. Copy and Paste In place (convert from calculated field to data field)
7. Repeat from step 4
