Very nice site from the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) that includes mpeg videos of science-related animations. Click on the thumbnail image to go to a page that describes, in detail, the animation as well as the downloadable MPEG file (click on image to download). Videos for earth science, fluid dynamics, medical science, planetary science, and volume visualization.
