Goalview Spanish Translation

Goalview Tutorials: How to How to access Spanish Copies of the IEP and Notice of Meeting
The students used in these tutorial situations are fictional. The highest possible care has been taken to maintain the confidentiality of actual students on Goalview.

Note: The forms will only translate the Portions that are entered using Auto Text and the standard legal language. Information you tpye into boxes such as PLAAFP and annual goals do not translate.


Select Print from the View Menu.

Select PDF Final from the Print Menu.

Click the Spanish Check Box then click Done. (All IEPs will print in English but if you check this box it will save a Spanish copy in the archive that you can access and print.)

You now need to go to the archive file. There are two ways of doing that, here is the first. ARCHIVE ACCESS: Method 1. Select Close Window from the Print menu.

ARCHIVE ACCESS: Method 1. Select Print from the View menu.

ARCHIVE ACCESS: Method 1. Select Set Up PDFs from the Print menu.

Select the Spanish IEP or Notice of meeting that you want and click View.

Click the Print Icon to print the Spanish copy of the IEP or Notice.
Here is the second method of accessing the Archive.
ARCHIVE ACCESS: Method 2. Select Sp Ed Student: Basic Data then click on Archived Documents.

Select the Spanish IEP or Notice of meeting that you want and click View.

Click the Print Icon to print the Spanish copy of the IEP or Notice.
