| If you need to set a number of available sessions for the service that you are going to provide for a student select "Other" on Service or Related Services menu. |

| When Goalview finishes saving there will be a text box. Type in your service and a note that instructs the reader to go to the comments box at the end of the IEP to see how many Available Services will be offered. YOU STILL NEED TO ENTER MINUTES AND FREQUENCY. |

| When you go to the View Mode or Print the IEP you will be able to see all the comments that you have typed. |

| Type the explanation in the Comments box. |

| Or, you can type the entire explanation in the text box. |

| It will show up when you go to a View Mode or Print it. |
