Kay Page - Special Education Teacher I graduated from BYU with a degree in elementary education longer ago than I care to admit. I taught 3rd grade for one year in Arizona, then had my first baby six days after school was out. After my four children were mostly raised, I went back to school to get a special education licensure from BYU. My first year of teaching in Nebo District, as an intern, was at Wilson Elementary teaching transitional kindergarten. I taught TK for 2 more years at Barnett Elementary. Since fall of 2006, I have been teaching resource at Orchard Hills Elementary. I am enjoying my teaching experiences. I am a grandma to 3 little boys. The oldest is four, and the youngest 5 months (as of April, 2007). We are expecting a new grandchild in October. My hobbies include reading, traveling, and hiking. |
