Goalview

Goalview is designed for managing student and staff information in Special Education and to develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Progress Reports (Required by IDEA); and managing procedural performance and compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Goalview provides goals and objectives designed to help students progress in the curriculum and in their individual areas of need. Teachers and other Special Education Staff can easily update progress and print progress reports, keeping parents and classroom teachers informed of student progress toward their individual goals.

In September of 2003 Nebo School District's Goalview site became live and we have begun to implement Goalview in our district. We hope to have Goalview completely implemented by the end of the 2004-2005 school year.

Goalview Utah Managers (GUM)

Goalview Managers from around the state and representatives from the Utah State Office of Education (USOE) and the Utah Personnel Developmental Center (UPDC) are meeting on a monthly basis for coordination, collaboration and training on Goalview.
