• Education
• I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Counseling Psychology and Special Education with an emphasis in Severe Special Education.
• I completed my student teaching in Payson at Mt. Nebo Jr. High.
• I love the secondary setting and have been at Springville Jr. High since January 2008
• Career
  • I have had numerous years of experience working with children and adults with special needs. From the age of 15, I have worked in educational and/or recreational settings with people with special needs and love all that they have to offer. I am excited to work with the students and aim to develop core academic skills along with social skills. I especially love reading and writing and believe that these skills will empower the students in all areas of life.

  • Married to John Mills and we have two long haired dachshunds to keep us company.
  • Love to read, cross stitch, paint, take walks, have picnics, watch movies, collect children’s books, and spend time with family and friends.
