Walk-in registration will be held Monday and Tuesday, August 2 and 3 from 8:30
a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Students who pre-registered at the end of last year will
be asked to pay registration fees and fill out a Scoliosis
Screening form (8th grade only).
Students will be given their schedule, locker assignment
and map of the school. We invite students to find their classrooms
and lockers at this time.
New Students:
State law requires that a student must have a birth certificate
and a current immunization record on file in order to attend
school. Also, please bring prior school information so that
we may request transcript and records. Welcome
to Payson Jr. High!
*Fee waivers will be available
at the Nebo School District Office located at 350 South Main
St. in Spanish Fork beginning August 2. |
