One of the very successful committees here at Payson Junior
High is our Community Council. The Community Council includes
parents,
faculty members, and the PTA president, and is dedicated to the
improvement of the school. Parent members of the council for 2007-2008 are:

The general direction of the school is guided by the council,
with decisions made regarding the use of Trust Lands monies, implementation
of the School Improvement Plan, approval of fees charged for school
events, suggestions for improvement of classroom instruction, and
making many other decisions and suggestions to the school for the
betterment of the students.
