The Spanish Fork Legion Post 68 organized the Sixth Annual Freedom Walk for Spanish Fork and Salem fifth-grade students on May 8 and 9, 2023.

Nebo District’s Middle School and Junior High School Spring Student Art Show opened on May 5, 2023, at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo. Students, teachers, families, and the community came together for the opening celebration that evening.

The Unified sports team at Salem Hills High School (SHHS) was recognized today by Utah First Lady, Abby Cox. She came to congratulate and help these students celebrate all of their accomplishments this year at a school-wide assembly.

Eleven students from Springville Junior High School including one sixth-grader, Luke Pratt, from Spring Canyon Middle School were formally recognized at BYU by the math department for exceptional performance on the AMC 8 Test, a national math competition held earlier this year. 

Nebo held the 11th Annual District Poetry Slam on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the Summit Center in Springville.  Students from all five Nebo junior high schools participated as well as students from Diamond Fork Middle School and Spanish Fork High. In total,18 students competed.
