Grisel Posada is an educational technician at Riverview Elementary. Cindy Sumsion, special education teacher, said, "Grisel is a talented and dedicated technician and is irreplaceable! She feeds a student with a feeding tube every day. Grisel has come up ways to help a particular student develop muscle strength to better support himself and become more independent Grisel has taught me how to take off and put on a student’s coat when one arm is stronger than the other. We absolutely could not meet our special education needs without Grisel’s knowledge. Grisel has recognized illness symptoms before I have. She is especially good at identifying a student with a fever. She takes care of all the bloody noses and cleans and bandages wounds, which is significant to our first- and second-grade students. Grisel is always calm and patient. Riverview Elementary is extremely lucky to have Grisel in our school!"

Natalie Kramer is an educational technician at Cherry Creek Elementary. Sharon Foster, special education teacher at Cherry Creek Elementary, said, "It has been a real plus to have Natalie licensed as a CNA. It definitely makes our classroom better prepared to handle medical emergencies and meet the needs of our preschoolers. I like consulting with Natalie on illness assessments for children who may be ill and contagious. Recently, we had a student who needed tube feedings. It has been extremely beneficial to have her expertise and knowledge in providing this service."
