Salem Hills High Teacher Selected as Educator of the Year

Josie Reynaud, business teacher at Salem Hills High School (SHHS), was awarded the Utah's Outstanding Business and Information/Technology Educator of the Year this summer by the Utah Business and Computer Education Association (UBCEA).

Josie has been teaching for 12 years in the Provo and Nebo school districts and is currently teaching keyboarding, computer technology, word processing, office procedures, business communications, multimedia, business web page design, and financial literacy at Salem Hills High School.

Ms. Reynaud earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University in Business Education & Computer Information Systems. She is currently working on her certification in IT-computer programming. She will also be offering concurrent enrollment credit in her accounting, computer technology, and computer programming classes. Josie has served on several state committees and is currently serving as the FBLA adviser at SHHS. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, card making, geocaching, and being with her children. Josie and her husband, Todd, reside in Payson with their three boys.
