Nebo Junior High Students Experience State Legislative Session - Answer to Wednesday Challenge

Submitted by lana.hiskey on

Diamond Fork Junior High students received an excellent tour from Senator Deidre Henderson’s office. The students met with Representative Mike Mckell, among other Representatives and Senators, and even had a chance meeting with U.S. Representative Ben McAdams.

The students showcased their own educational learning including Maker Space and STEAM projects that the students explore and invent in the library program before and after school as well as during E-Time.

The Diamond Fork booth was by far the most popular and most visited of all the educational booths. Mrs. Ellen-Anita Olson, the librarian, runs a fantastic program including technology and science. The library is always packed with eager-to-learn students.

Congratulations to Dusty Averett for answering this week’s “Where are we Wednesday?” challenge sponsored by Wiggy Wash.
