Nebo District is having Kindergarten Enrollment at your neighborhood school from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on March 12, 2013, for the Spanish Fork area; March 13, 2013, for the Payson, Salem, Santaquin, and Goshen areas; and March 14, 2013 for the Springville and Mapleton areas. Future kindergarten students need to bring a birth certificate, a copy of their current immunization records, and a proof of residency.
Are your students school immunizations up-to-date? New this year is the opportunity to register and receive immunizations all the same day. The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) will be coming to the following schools to provide immunizations from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. for all students in the above areas.
Larsen Elementary, March 12 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Taylor Elementary, March 13 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Cherry Creek Elementary, March 14 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Some immunizations that will be available include influenza, DTap/Tdap, HepA, HepB, polio, varicella, meningoccocal, MMR, and HPV.
