Rick Ainge Nebo School Board of Education Board Member

Rick Ainge, is one of the newer elected board members on the Nebo School Board of Education. He won his seat in the Salem area that includes portions of Spanish Fork, Woodland Hills, Elk Ridge and Payson. Rick filled Debbie Swenson’s seat. Debbie did not run again after serving for eight years on the Nebo School Board of Education.

Mr. Ainge earned his master’s degree in accounting at Brigham Young University. His business is called Rick B. Ainge, CPA. It is a full-service accounting firm in Salem providing clients with professional, personalized services and guidance in a wide range of financial and business needs.

One of Rick’s mottos is: “Anything worth doing is worth doing right, and it is worthy of nothing less than your best!” When working with Rick, one will quickly realize that he does live by this motto.

Mr. Ainge is serving on the Spanish Fork/Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Salem Hills FFA Alumni. He is involved with the Utah Association of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.

When asked about his thoughts, Rick said, “I was born and raised in Spanish Fork and educated in the schools of Nebo School District. I am honored and proud to serve the patrons and students of the district which provided the education I needed to be successful.”

Rick enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, riding ATV’s, and reading. He is married to Deanne, and they have three children Jared, Haley, and Shelby.
