Submitted by ts on
Michelle Gubler from Riverview Elementary School is being honored by the Autism Council of Utah for positive practices that can be replicated by other classrooms across the state. Michelle has worked as a teacher in an Autism classroom for the past two years. She is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help her students learn academically and socially. She works with a great team of technicians who help her make a difference in the lives of her students. She has also helped other students in our school by allowing them to peer tutor and have 'lunch buddies' with her students. Michelle will be recognized and honored at the State Capitol on April 8, 2010.
