The Salem Hills High School Envirothon team--Peyton Cook, Amanda Insalaco, Caitlin Slade, and Daniel Tinoco--represented Utah at the National Wildlife Habitat Evaluation Program (WHEP) competition in Junction City, Kansas. There were 17 teams from all over the United States. The Salem Hills High team with adviser  Brad Shuler was the only team that made it to Nationals in the Western United States.

SHHS Envirothon Team placed 4th overall and Peyton Cook placed 10th in the individual scoring at Nationals. Congratulations Nebo Heros!!!

Advisor, Brad Shuler, said, “The team worked hard and had a great time. The students  met a lot of nice people from all over the United States. It was a great experience.”
