Donations - Pole Creek Fire

Dear Community Members: As many of you are aware, the Red Cross is no longer at Salem Hills High School. The reasons for this include: 1) community members have been able to provide for the lodging/sheltering needs of the evacuees; and 2) through donations from the local and surrounding communities, including businesses around the state, evacuees are receiving the food, water, clothing, toiletries, baby items, and other supplies they need. The Red Cross is still available to help families and individuals with health services (emergency prescription refills). The number to call is 801-990-0321. Donations for evacuees are needed and are still being accepted at the Nebo School District Central Warehouse - 161 West 400 North, Salem, UT. Evacuees can access the warehouse between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday -Sunday. A supply assessment is conducted daily and needed supplies will be posted to the Salem City's website (http://www.salemcity.org).
