Diamond Fork Junior on KSL for Donating to Hope for Houston

Submitted by lana.hiskey on

Sam Penrod with KSL came to Diamond Fork Junior, in Nebo School District, today that will air today on Wednesday, August 30 at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. You won't want to miss it.

One student in particular, Tytus Elmore, wanted to make a difference and mentioned it to his counselor. It was then brought to the attention of the administration. They brainstormed and came up a fund raiser to help the Hope for Houston cause down in Texas. Students and faculty alike came dressed in their Texas cowboy duds and brought a dollar for the cause.

The students and faculty have raised over $1,500 so far to give to KSL for the Hope for Houston. Thank you for being Nebo Heroes Diamond Fork Junior.

Congratulations to Kelly Allan for answering the "Where are we Wednesday?" challenge sponsored by Wiggy Wash.
