Matt Gledhill – Operations Director

The Nebo School Board of Education appointed Matt Gledhill as the Director of Operations for Nebo School District.

Matt Gledhill has served as the Coordinator of Operations for Nebo School District for the past ten years. Matt is highly respected by all those who work with him. He has been a dedicated employee in the district for the last 23 years. Matt also served as the supervisor of buildings and grounds in the maintenance department and worked in the transportation department.

A colleague said, “Matt Gledhill knows every part of operations. He understands maintenance procedures, the bidding process, transportation, and building multi-million dollar buildings. He does all of this in a respectful, kind, considerate, and professional manner. Matt is proactive in looking for items that need to be addressed and resolved. He gathers information from all stakeholders and gives them an opportunity to have a say in improving their buildings, whether they are structural improvements, an orchestra room renovation, or playground improvements. He knows ALL employees are important to the organization and is always good to keep the focus on what is best for students. Matt Gledhill is truly one of the most wonderful people to work with.”

One of Matt’s favorite quotes is from Thomas Edison, “I have not failed, I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” He believes it is our people that truly make the difference.

Matt enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, 4-wheelers, and spending time with his family. He is married to Tracie, and they have three children. Matt spent 22 years with the Spanish Fork Fire Department and is now retired. Nebo appreciates Matt’s work ethics and dedication to the job!

Matt is married to Tracie, and they have three children, and five wonderful grandchildren.
