Salem Elementary Delights Nebo School Board -- Answer to Wednesday's Challenge

The Nebo School Board of Education was delighted to see and hear from Salem Elementary students. 

Principal Jim Welburn thanked the Board Members for the opportunity to share some of the great things that are going on at Salem Elementary. Beautiful music was directed by Lindsay Priday. The student choir sang, “This Land is Your Land” and “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” with bells. 

The school community council chair, Bonnie Holley, explained about the Trustland funds. One of the highlights was when Mrs. Sandford and the student council challenged the School Board to a math facts speed contest. Superintendent Rick Nielsen won the math challenge.
