    What students have email accounts?

Student email accounts are created upon request by a school or teacher. Criteria are defined based on these requests.

A process is run that creates student email accounts. Student email accounts are created for any student matching the criteria who does not already have an email account. Newly enrolled students who match the criteria will have an email account created the next time the process is run.

How does a school or teacher request student email accounts?

A teacher requests student email accounts by marking classes in the Request Email Accounts application. This application is part of Nebo Data Apps and can be run using any of the following methods:

A principal can also request email accounts for their whole school by emailing a request to stu-email@nebo.edu.

What is a student's email login name and email address?

Student login names and email addresses are based on the student's initials and ID.

For example, if Pebbles Flintstone's student ID was 12345, her login name would be pf12345 and her email address would be pf12345@students.nebo.edu.

Student passwords are initially based on the student's name.

How does a student access their email?

Students use WebMail to access their email. The student WebMail entrance is http://students.nebo.edu/.

When are student email accounts deleted?

Student email accounts are deleted in the fall for students who are no longer enrolled in Nebo School District.
