You can save email your computer or use POP mail.
How do I setup my POP mail client?
Yes. However, you must save each email message separately.
When using WebMail, each email is shown as a web page. Your web browser will have an option to save a web page as a text file (in most web browsers you will choose Save As from the File menu and the select Save as type Text File). Or you can select the text and paste it into a text file.
You may also want to save attachments.
Yes.
It is good to realize that text email messages are quite small. However, graphics and attachments can be huge. One picture or movie clip can easily be 4,000 times the size of a text email. If you only stored text you could store an almost endless amount of email messages.
To save an attachment, right click on the link to the attachment and select Save Target As.
