A Layout is a set of skins that determine what the WebMail interface
looks like. You can choose from a variety of different Layouts. This choice can be made permanently on
the Settings page or selected temporarily on the login page.
Yes. By default, when a message is deleted, it is Moved to the Trash Can.
There are two other Message Delete Methods. Email can be Marked for later deletion or deleted Immediately. Changing these options will change the menu options on the folder pages. Follow these steps to change the way email is deleted:
Mark
When a message is deleted, it is marked for deletion but left in the current folder until that folder is purged.
Immediate
When a message is deleted, it is gone forever and cannot be recovered.
Move To Trash
When a message is deleted, it is moved to
the Trash Can. The
Trash Can will be automatically emptied, but
you can set options to change the frequency. Be aware, however, that there is a
limit to the amount of email you can store.
After a signature is defined, it will be included in future messages you compose.
Contact settings are where you set address books preferences.
Settings for contacts can be changed by clicking on Settings and then
on Contacts.

You should try to choose a password that is not easily guessed. It is usually good to include both characters and special characters (like numbers or symbols) in your password. However, a space is not valid as part of a password on this system.

This menu is for configuring RPOP. RPOP is used to retrieve messages from
remote email accounts. If you are going to use this option we urge you to not
have mail retrieved too frequently. We don't know what the impact on our email
server would be if it was constantly trying to retrieve email from remote POP
servers.
