How do I print an email message?

Since a web browser is used to read WebMail, the web browser is used to print WebMail just like any other web page. Each web browser may print in a slightly different way, but most will have a Print button or a Print option on the File menu. Some formatting changes may be made on a Page Setup option on the File menu.

When printing a web page, all graphics and menu items included on the page also print. However, there is an option to print a nicely formatted email message.

How do I print a nicely formatted email message?

There is a small printer icon near the top and bottom of the page when reading an email. When this is clicked, a new instance of the web browser is opened with a clean copy of the email (no additional graphics or menu items). You can then print the email message without any extraneous material.
