The Nebo School Board of Education appointed David Knudsen as the Principal of Salem Junior High for Nebo School District.

Mr. Knudsen received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and his master’s in Educational Leadership both from Brigham Young University. He was also a Brigham Young University Leader Preparation Program (LPP) recipient.

The Nebo School Board of Education appointed Nathan Whitney as the Mapleton Junior High Principal for Nebo School District.

Nathan received his associate’s degree at Dixie College, his bachelor’s degrees in biology and Spanish, and his master’s in Education Administration all at Southern Utah University.

Alesha earned her bachelor’s degree in history education from Utah Valley University and her master’s degree in Education Administration from Southern Utah University.

Cheri Campbell - Assistant Principal of Payson Junior High

The Nebo School Board of Education appointed Cheri Campbell as Assistant Principal of Payson Junior High for Nebo School District.

Cheri received her bachelor’s degree in Family Science and master’s degree in Educational Leadership both from Brigham Young University. Cheri taught American Sign Language at Springville High for ten years and at Salem Hills High for seven years as well as serve as the student council advisor. She is currently the Dean of Students at Mt. Nebo Junior.

Teresa received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University and master’s degree in Education from Brigham Young University as well as an Educational Leadership Certification license from Brigham Young University.

Danalee received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University and master’s degree in Education and an Administrative License both from Southern Utah University.

Mrs. Beckert served as a facilitator at Sierra Bonita for the past six years. She taught fifth grade at Rees Elementary for eight years and at Art City for one year.
