Nebo Education Foundation Gives Grants
The Nebo Education Foundation is composed of 20 volunteer board members who live in cities serviced by Nebo School District. Board members meet each month to review and award grant requests, consider fund-raising avenues and other items that advance the educational opportunities for Nebo School District students. Many of the donations received are for selected projects or scholarships, yet a substantial amount is available for the greatest need. Greatest need monies are considered for grants submitted by area schools.
One of Nebo School District’s teachers, David Rockwood, a teacher at Payson High School, was in the U.S. News for publishing a sports psychology textbook.

The Nebo Education Foundation meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 a.m. to discuss submitted educational grants for students in Nebo School District. One of the goals of the foundation is to fund worthwhile projects in the district that provide resources to enrich student learning. The Nebo Education Foundation functions through generous donations made by individuals and businesses.
Congratulations to the following teachers that continue to inspire the minds of students.
